The July Annual business meetings will be held July 11-14, 2009 at the Four Season Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW).

The hotel rate is $235 and the rates are available 3 days prior and after the meeting based on hotel availability. Hotel cut off is June 19, 2009. To make hotel reservations call the hotel directly and ask for the USA Rice Federation rate.
