Promoting U.S.-grown Rice at Home and Around the World
Through the USA Rice Council, rice farmers, dues-paying mills and other industry members work together to steer the course for domestic and international programs, which are implemented through the USA Rice Federation. An award-winning domestic promotion program spearheads National Rice Month and other activities to increase rice use. International promotion activities are directed at increasing awareness and consumption of U.S. rice around the world. A cooperative effort between the USA Rice Federation and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service enables the rice industry to fulfill its international market development objectives.
