HOTEL ROOM RATES, DATES AND AVAILABILITY: A special rate of $149 single/double is offered on a limited number of rooms for Wednesday, Dec. 9, through Friday, Dec. 11, on a first-come, first-served basis for reservations made no later than Nov. 9, 2009. This rate also is available for up to three days prior to the official conference dates of Dec. 9-11, based on hotel availability.
