Hotel and General InformationJuly Annual Business Meetings Online Registration > Schedule The July Annual Business Meetings will be held at the Four Season's at Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas, which is located approximately 20 minutes from the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) airport. To reserve your hotel room, please call the Four Seasons directly at 972-717-2499, please mention you are with USA Rice. Hotel reservation must be made no later than June 20, 2008. Be sure to mention you are with the USA Rice Federation group to get the above hotel rates. These rates are available three days prior and after our meeting dates. All rooms are subject to availability. Check In: 3:00 p.m.; Check-out is noon. If the room is not vacated at noon there will be a $150.00 late charge unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel. Sports club access fee has been waived, you are able to use the sport facility free of charge (extra charges apply to golf, racquet sports and professional lessons).
