ROOM RATES, DATES AND AVAILABILITY. A special rate of $139 single/double is offered on a limited number of rooms for Sunday, December 2, through Tuesday, December 4, on a first-come, first-served basis for reservations made no later than Oct. 31, 2007. This rate also is available for up to three days prior or three days after the official conference dates of December 2-4, based on hotel availability.

RESERVATONS. Call the hotel directly at 1-866-397-6516 and ask for the special USA Rice Outlook Conference rate. Please keep your reservation-confirmation number. Reservations after Oct.31, 2007, and/or after the conference's room block is filled, are subject to availability. Rooms may be unavailable or unavailable at the special rate. Please make your reservations early.

PARKING
Complimentary self-parking is available. Valet parking is offered at $15 per day.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). One-way taxi fare between the airport and hotel generally ranges from $38 to $42. Mears Transportation shuttle service also is available (Disney shuttle service is not available between the airport and the Buena Vista Hotel). One-way is $19 and roundtrip is $31 for adults; for children 11 and under, fares are $15 and $23. The Mears counter is located on Level 1 of the airport. Reservations are not required for arrivals, but advance reservations can be made by calling 1-407-432-5566. If you reserve your spot online, Mears will discount your transportation $2 each way. DINING AND POINTS OF INTEREST
The Buena Vista Hotel has several dining options, ranging from seafood and steaks in the spectacular setting of the Australian-themed Outback Restaurant to casual restaurants and the Watercress Pastry Shop and Mini-Market. The hotel's Watercress Café features a Disney Character Breakfast on Sundays (check with the hotel for details). Hotel amenities include a fitness center and a European-style spa as well as a children's playground and video arcade. Nearby DOWNTOWN DISNEY® features restaurants galore, from the unique to casual and quick-service options, as well as entertainment, music and shopping. Disney also has five championship golf courses.

PLEASE NOTE :
ORLANDO WEATHER IN DECEMBER: Average daily temperatures range from a high of 73 degrees to a low of 52 degrees, with 60 percent humidity.

PREREGISTERED, ONSITE AND POST-CONFEENCE ATTENDEES LISTS: All conference registrants and companies may be listed in preregistered, onsite and post-conference attendees lists distributed by the USA Rice Federation. If you do not wish to be included on these lists, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.

REGISTRATION

EARLY REGISTRATION IS $160.
Early registration runs through Nov. 16, 2007. Registrations with payment must be made online or postmarked by that date to receive the early rate. Registration after Nov. 16, 2007 and onsite is $185. The registration fee provides a name badge for admittance to the entire conference program, trade show, continental breakfasts in the exhibit hall, conference receptions, and the Rice Awards luncheon. It does not include tours with separate tickets/fees (see registration form).

GUEST REGISTRATION IS$85.
Advance and onsite guest registration is $85, which provides a name badge for admittance to conference receptions and the Rice Awards luncheon only. Those interested in attending all or any portion of the conference program must register to attend and pay the full registration fee. Guest registration does not include tours with separate tickets/fees (see registration form).

NAME BADGES. Name badges are required for admittance to all conference functions. Name badges are issued only to conference registrants and registered guests.

REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY. To be eligible for a registration refund, a cancellation notice must be received in writing. A full refund (minus $50 for administrative costs) will be made for cancellations received through November. 16. A registration refund of 50 percent (minus $30 for administrative costs) will be made for cancellation notices received November 17-December 1, 2007. No refunds will be made after December 1.
