* Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors may opt to be listed as general conference sponsors or to designate their sponsorship to a conference event that corresponds to their level of sponsorship (see below). Event sponsorships are on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply early for the event of your choice. Buyouts are available for some events and custom opportunities also are available. USA Rice Outlook Conference
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

PROGRAM: To be included in the printed conference program, your sponsorship and/or exhibitor application and payment must be received by Oct. 26, 2007.
PAYMENT: Payment must be received with the application to be considered. USA Rice Federation is exempt from federal income taxes as an IRS 501 (c)(6) organization. However, contributions to the USA Rice Federation are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes. Sponsorship and/or exhibit registrations include attendance at program sessions, seminars, the awards luncheon and conference receptions. Special events that require a separate fee are not included. Please check the general registration brochure for details on special events. Make checks payable to: USA Rice Federation. Please note: Any checks not payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank will be assessed all applicable processing fees charged to USA Rice Federation.
REFUNDS: If it is necessary for any sponsor and/or exhibitor to withdraw from the conference, the sponsor and/or exhibitor must notify the USA Rice Federation in writing by Oct. 26, 2007. Full sponsor and/or exhibitor fee(s), less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded if written notification is received by Oct. 26, 2007. No refunds will be given for notifications received after Oct. 26, 2007.
ACCEPTABILITY: The USA Rice Federation, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline any potential sponsor and/or exhibitor application, or to require the immediate withdrawal of a sponsorship or exhibit, if the USA Rice Federation determines that the intention of the sponsor and/or exhibitor or the content of an exhibit is inconsistent with or injurious to the purpose of the USA Rice Outlook Conference, the U.S. rice industry or the USA Rice Federation. Acceptance of a sponsorship and/or exhibit does not imply an endorsement of the sponsor and/or exhibitor or their products or services.
EXHIBITOR REGULATIONS: Additional terms, conditions and regulations for exhibitors are included in the exhibit section. All exhibitors, including those exhibiting in combination with sponsorship, must review all exhibit regulations, which are part of this application.
PHOTO RELEASE: Any pictures taken by the USA Rice Federation may be used in publicizing the USA Rice Federation or its events, including this and future conferences.
PREREGISTERED, ONSITE AND POST-CONFERENCE ATTENDEES LISTS: All companies and conference registrants included in this application may be listed in preregistered, onsite and post-conference attendees list distributed by the USA Rice Federation.
