Conference registration prices, through May 7, 2021:
  • RMA Member – $500 per person
  • Non-Member – $750 per person
  • Spouse/Guest (over 18) – $250 per person
  • Child (under 18) – $85 per person
Late & Onsite Registration
After May14
Conference registration prices, after May 7, 2021:
  • RMA Member – $650 per person
  • Non-Member – $900 per person
  • Spouse/Guest (over 18) – $250 per person
  • Child (under 18) – $85 per person

About Registration 

The registration fee provides admission to the general sessions, breakfasts, receptions listed in the convention schedule, and the RMA Welcome Dinner.  Your registration fee does not include optional tours and/or events for which there is a separate participation fee. 

Name badges are required for admittance to all convention functions.  Name badges are issued only to convention registrants and registered guests.

Register Online
When registering online, you can pay by credit card or you can select the "Bill Me Later" option during checkout to pay by check or online at a later date.

Check payments must be postmarked no later than May 7, 2021, to ensure the early registration rate.

Registration Refund Policy

To be eligible for a registration refund, a cancellation notice must be received in writing.  A full refund will be made for cancellations received prior to June 4, 2021.  No refunds will be made after that date.

Photo Release

Attendees acknowledge and give unrestricted permission to RMA/USA Rice to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event to report on and promote this and future conventions.
