HARRISBURG, AR -- Farmers and media are invited to a day of fresh insights and first-hand field experiences during RiceTec’s Arkansas Field Day on Wednesday, August 7, at RiceTec Arkansas Business Center, 15329 Hwy 1, Harrisburg, Arkansas 72432. Registration opens at 4:00 p.m. and farm tours start at 4:30 p.m., followed by programming and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
This year’s focus will be on new innovations like irrigation management through automation, new herbicide tolerance technology, and new hybrids coming to the market. The indoor portion of the program will include presentations from rice industry leaders, as well as legislative updates from Senator John Boozman and Representative Rick Crawford.
