| 3 cups cooked rice, cooled to room temperature |
| 4-6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbed |
| 1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce |
| 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
| 3/4 cup mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
| |
| Combine rice, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl; toss lightly. |
