| 3 cups cooked rice |
| 1 (15-1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
| 1 mango, chopped |
| 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/3 cup orange vinaigrette salad dressing |
| |
| In a large bowl, combine rice, beans, mango, cilantro and salt. Add vinaigrette; toss well. |
