1 cup spinach, finely chopped (plus more for serving)
½ cup walnuts
½ cup black olives, sliced
spinach or romaine lettuce
Directions
Combine cheese, butter, lemon juice, mustard, lemon zest, anchovy paste, garlic and hot pepper sauce in large bowl. Add rice, steak, spinach, walnuts and olives to cheese mixture. Serve over spinach or Romaine lettuce.
