ARLINGTON, VA – They say those who don’t learn from history are destined to repeat it, and The Rice Stuff podcast is here for you.  Dr. Steve Linscombe, a life-long learner himself, asked four of the most distinguished and venerated rice farmers in the country to sit down with him to talk about their lifetime of experiences.

With a combined 216 years of rice farming, Marvin Hare, Jackie Loewer, LG Raun, and Michael Rue, of Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and California, respectively, joined Steve to talk about how rice farming has changed before their eyes.  From yields to fertilizer to flagging for crop dusters, these farmers have seen it and tamed it all.

Join us on Episode 107 of The Rice Stuff podcast, “A Rice Retrospective,” and hear how these giants of the industry are keeping that industry moving forward.
