The RMA Convention provides a forum to strengthen business ties and pursue new contacts. It brings together representatives from rice milling companies and associated businesses from the United States and abroad. Most attendees are executives and key decision-makers within their companies.

Registration Rates & Deadlines

Registration prices, on/before May 20, 2026:

RMA Member – $700 per person
Non-Member – $950 per person
Spouse/Guest (over 18) – $300 per person
Child (under 18) – $125 per person

Registration prices, after May 20, 2026:

RMA Member – $850 per person
Non-Member – $1,100 per person
Spouse/Guest (over 18) – $300 per person
Child (under 18) – $125 per person

About Registration

The registration fee provides admission to the general session, receptions listed in the convention schedule, and the RMA Low Country Boil. Your registration fee does not include optional events for which there is a separate participation fee.

Name badges are required for admittance to all convention functions. Name badges are issued only to convention registrants and registered guests.

Check payments must be postmarked no later than May 9, 2025, to ensure the early registration rate.

Register Onsite
Onsite registration will be available with payment by cash, credit card, or check. Check must be payable to USA Rice Millers' Association (in U.S. funds).

Registration Refund Policy

To be eligible for a full registration refund, cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before May 31, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellation notices received after May 31, 2026.

Photo Release

Any photographs taken by the RMA/USA Rice may be used in publicizing RMA/USA Rice events, including this and future conventions.
