This year’s conference will be held at Sea Island in Georgia. Sea Island is part of a beautiful chain of barrier islands tucked into the Atlantic Coast of Georgia. With breathtaking landscapes, gold pristine marshlands, and stretches of gorgeous coastline, Sea Island has been an unforgettable resort destination since 1928. It is a sister property of the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.

Hotel Reservations

Reservations may be made online or by calling (855) 572-4975. Ask for the special RMA Convention rate. Hotel reservations must be made no later than May 20, 2026. Reservations made after May 20 and/or after the convention’s room block is full are subject to space and rate availability. Please make your reservations early and request a confirmation number.

Room Rates, Dates, and Availability

Special RMA Convention rates are offered on a limited number of rooms for Tuesday, June 23 through Thursday, June 25 on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations before and after the official convention dates are based on hotel availability.

Main Building 1-bedroom Suite – $565

Resort Fees

The Sea Island resort fee of $38 will be added to your account daily. Your daily resort fee includes:

Wired and wireless high-speed internet access up to 4Mbps.
Local and toll-free calls up to one hour.
Unlimited access to the Fitness Center.
Resort shuttle service between The Cloister, Lodge and Retreat.
In room Nespresso hot beverage program.
Complimentary use of BMW Courtesy Car (based on availability).
Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
Morning coffee and pastries and Afternoon tea and cookies at the Cloister.
In room evening bottled water and ice delivery.
Access to PressReader app offering over 4,000 newspapers and magazines.

Hotel Cancellations & Changes

A deposit of two (2) nights room charge will be required per reservation. The individual deposit is refundable until June 13, 2026. Cancellations received after this date will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms are available.

Airport, Transportation, and Parking

Airport
The closest commercial airport to Sea Island, Georgia is the Brunswick Golden Isle Airport (BQK) which is about 20 minutes, this airport is serviced by Delta Airlines and private Manning Aviation (KBQK). McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport (SSI) is a smaller airport right in Golden Isles and only a 5-to-10-minute drive. For major hubs, Jacksonville (JAX) is a 1-hour drive and Savannah/Hilton Head (SAV) is about an hour and 15-minute drive to Sea Island.

Ground Transportation
Car rental is available at both Jacksonville and Savanna/Hilton Head Airports. Sea Island has transportation options from all airports. Click here for 2026 Transportation Rates. Hotel Parking
Valet parking for hotel guests is $30 per night based on availability. Valet parking is required for guests staying in the Cloister Main Building or Wings. Sea Island also offers overnight Self-Parking for hotel guests staying at the Lodge, in the Beach Club or Cloister Ocean Residence for $25 per night with full in and out privileges.
