Hotel Reservations

Reservations may be made online or by calling 1-800-233-1234 and ask for the G-USML group code. Hotel reservations must be made no later than May 12, 2023.  Reservations made after May 12 and/or after the convention’s room block is full are subject to space and rate availability. Please make your reservations early and request a confirmation number.

Room Rates, Dates, and Availability

Special RMA Convention rates are offered on a limited number of rooms for Monday, June 12 through Thursday, June 16 on a first-come, first-served basis.  Reservations before and after the official convention dates are based on hotel availability.

Singe/Double Room Rates (before tax and applicable fees):

The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar has extended the following rates on hotel rooms on a first-come first-served basis:

  • 1 King Bed – $299.00
  • 2 Queen Beds – $349.00
  • 1 King Bed Fountain View – $324.00
  • 2 Queen Beds Fountain View – $374.00
  • 1 King Bed Ocean View – $424.00
  • 2 Queen Beds Ocean View – $474.00
  • Grand Suite with 1 King Bed – $529.00
  • 2 Bedroom Fountain View* – $749.00

Resort Fee

The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar has a $59 plus tax resort fee per room, per night that will be charged.  The Resort fee includes:

  • Access to the Spectacular Baha Bay Waterpark
  • Daily Ambassador Flamingo Parade
  • Non-motorized water sports: Kayaks, Stand up Paddle Boards, Water hammocks and water mats (on a first-come, first-served basis)
  • ESPA Fitness center access
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort
  • Unlimited local calls
  • 2 bottles of water daily
  • Complimentary sunscreen at all towel huts
  • Complimentary beach and pool setup and seating with umbrellas
Please note hotel has a mandatory charge of $20.63 per day for porterage and housekeeping. This will show up on your hotel bill, so no tipping needed onsite for these items.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation

A one-night deposit for each confirmed guestroom is required. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.  Guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms are available.

Airport and Transportation

Lynden Pindling Airport (NAS) is six miles from the hotel (a 14-minute drive).  A Passport is required for each person to enter the Bahamas.

Parking & Resort Transportation

Self-parking lot is located beside the convention center and is complimentary. Valet Parking is $25 per day and includes in and out privileges.

If you choose to rent a car, please note traffic drives on the left side of the road.
