This year’s conference is being held at the Omni Nashville Hotel in downtown Nashville. The hotel is adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and is centrally located near Broadway, and also offers convenient access to Ryman Auditorium, Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, and the Johnny Cash Museum. On-site dining options include all-day dining at Kitchen Notes and Bob’s Steak and Chop House. The hotel also has its own shops, a rooftop pool, and a spa.

It has come to our attention that scammers are targeting our conference attendees and exhibitors, attempting to solicit payment and bookings at unauthorized hotels. These typically involve calls or emails from people claiming to represent USA Rice or our vendors, encouraging you to make reservations and payments through them.

Please be advised that USA Rice and the conference venue (Omni Nashville) will NOT contact you directly to arrange accommodations. Anyone claiming to do so is not authorized to represent our organization and should be considered fraudulent. Avoid interaction with them. Please note, scams have been detected from:

What to Do If You’re Contacted

If you are contacted or emailed by a third party claiming to have conference hotel information, booking links, special offers, etc., please DO NOT click on any links/attachments or share any personal information with the individual. Please forward any unauthorized solicitations to USA Rice or let us know if you’ve been contacted via phone call.

You should also mark the fraudulent email as Spam or Phishing and inform your company’s IT Department to block the email address within your email system to prevent future emails from being received.

Hotel Room Rates, Dates, & Availability

USA Rice has a special conference rate of $269 single or double for hotel rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis for reservations made no later than November 10, 2026. Making reservations by this deadline does not guarantee that a room is available, so it is recommended you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The conference rates are available three days prior and three days after, subject to availability.

Hotel Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Parking

Hotel offers valet parking for guests at $65 per day. Self-parking options are available in nearby garages, but not at the Omni Hotel.
