ARLINGTON, VA – The fastest way to the heart of USA Rice and the U.S. rice industry is through a trade show, and this fall, there are plenty of opportunities throughout the Western Hemisphere.  USA Rice will be exhibiting and networking at three key trade events over the next few weeks, showcasing U.S.-grown rice and engaging with industry professionals across the region.

The first stop is the America's Food & Beverage Show and Conference, the premier trade event in the Americas for the food and beverage industry.  Held annually in Miami, Florida, this year’s show will take place from September 16-18 and offers three days of seminars, presentations, and workshops focused on the latest in food and beverage trends, and new and changing consumer behaviors.  USA Rice will be exhibiting with a booth, so attendees can stop by to learn more about high-quality U.S.-grown rice and meet with USA Rice contractors.

Next, USA Rice will head to San Pedro Sula, Honduras, for the International Rice Expo Convention, hosted by FECARROZ from September 23-26.  As an expo sponsor, USA Rice will not only exhibit in the trade show but also participate in a speaker panel, sharing insights on the U.S. rice industry.  This promises to be an exciting platform for exchanging knowledge and expanding networks in the Central American market.

The final stop on the fall trade show tour is Santiago, Chile, at the 12th Annual Espacio Food Service Trade Show from October 1-3.  The largest event for food service professionals in the Andean region, this show brings together major industry players to discuss the latest trends and technologies.  USA Rice exhibiting for the first time here, set up in the USA Pavilion to highlight U.S. rice and connect with top industry professionals from across South America.

“Whether in Miami, San Pedro Sula, or Santiago, trade shows are a great way to learn firsthand about the benefits of U.S.-grown rice,” said Asiha Grigsby, USA Rice senior director of international promotion in the Western Hemisphere.  “We encourage everyone to stop by and connect with USA Rice at any of these major events.”
