Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- ½ cup hot water, plus more if needed
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions
- Add chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir.
- Into a blender, add in the cooked rice, melted chocolate, and ½ cup hot water. Blend until very smooth, adding more hot water if needed.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Place into the fridge for 2-3 hours to set. Top with cocoa powder if using, and serve!
