Mango Tango Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup orange vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine rice, beans, mango, cilantro and salt. Add vinaigrette; toss well.
