ARLINGTON, VA – The USA Rice Millers’ Association (RMA) recently welcomed two new mill members, Diversified Ingredients, Inc. and Heritage Rice Company, and two new associate members, Veer Corp Inc. and SSA Marine, both in the Allied Server category.
The two new mill members are both based in Missouri.
Diversified Ingredients, Inc operates out of Ballwin, and primarily does brown rice milling for the pet food industry but also distributes other ingredients, including rice and rice co-products, to the pet food, livestock feed, and human food industries.
Heritage Rice Company is run by the Stewart family, a 7th-generation farming family in Bloomfield, Missouri, whose rice comes straight from their family to yours.
SSA Marine in Sacramento, California, is a leading global terminal operator, supporting rice millers across Northern California handling the loading, unloading, and transfer of rice shipments at major port terminals and ensuring efficient transportation from mills to export destinations.
Established in 1985,
Veer Corp Inc is a manufacturing company in Tomball, Texas, producing an extensive range of woven and non-woven packaging and technical textile products.
“RMA membership encompasses virtually all of U.S. rice milling capacity, including farmer-owned cooperatives and privately owned mills, and the organization’s capacity to attract new members is the prime reason they’re one of the oldest agribusiness trade organizations in America,” said USA Rice President & CEO Peter Bachmann. “We welcome these new members and look forward to their participation.”
