ranked the #2 destination in the United States.
The General Session will feature two keynote speakers, Innovation Strategist Steve Lerch and Futurist Nikolas Badminton, helping to chart a course into the future for the industry.
Lerch, who spoke at Outlook 2022 about using technology to connect with consumers, has a new talk, “Innovation Leadership: Building a Culture of Collaboration, Curiosity, and Speed,” that draws on his decade teaching innovation strategy at Google and will apply to family farm operations, multinational corporations, and even USA Rice itself.
