HONG KONG – Last month, USA Rice hosted an exclusive event here to unveil a new promotion uniting some of the territory's most celebrated chefs under one delicious mission: to reimagine the possibilities of U.S.-grown rice.

Four culinary masters presented unique dishes featuring different varieties of high-quality U.S.-grown rice in a demonstration of culinary innovation that showcased Chinese Clay Pot Fried Rice, Louisiana Smoked Rice Sausage, German Childhood Rice Pudding, Spanner Crab with Short Grain, Smoked Duck Prosciutto with Brown Rice, and Miso Beurre Blanc Scallop with Calrose.

Each chef crafted a stunning dish highlighting the versatility, exceptional texture, and consistent quality of U.S. rice.  The consensus among the attending media and culinary peers was clear: the creations were not only visually impressive but profoundly delicious and inspiring.

"The quality of U.S.-grown rice is exceptional.  It provides the perfect canvas for both traditional and modern dishes," noted one participating chef.  Chefs also praised the rice's adaptability, from holding the perfect al dente bite in a risotto dish to forming the ideal base for a complex clay pot fried rice to a mouthwatering dessert.

This campaign sends a key message: U.S. rice is not just an ingredient, it is a global culinary partner.  It integrates into the world's finest cuisines, from Western to Chinese, Japanese to American BBQ, and inspires chefs at the highest level to create something new and extraordinary.
